Change thoughts - Change realty!

By changing our thoughts and images we literally change our reality!

Our brain creates neural patterns to match our thought patterns. This is why we eventually begin doing things on auto-pilot. We don't have to think how are we going to put on our jeans, we just put them on. The thought habit had been established.

Some of these thought habits are negative, contradictory or at best, confusing. "I can't", "I donno", "I don't believe it", are some of the common thought habits that we follow unconsciously in life.

The good news is that we can change our thoughts at any time. We can create new thought patterns and new thought habits. New neural connections are made simply by repeating an affirmation, "I think I can," said the little train.

Change our thoughts, change the images we hold, and we change our reality!
