Rabbit's Foot v Reflective Feng Shui

Let’s take a look at the two approaches to Feng Shui: one I call the “Lucky Rabbit’s Foot Feng Shui,” and the other I call, “Reflective Feng Shui.”

Many people read Feng Shui books and start moving furniture around because the book told them to. This style is likened to carrying a rabbit’s foot because it is supposed to be lucky. In truth, moving furniture using Feng Shui principles will work to some degree because there will be an increase in energy flow and it will increase consciousness and awareness in our lives, which helps our lives improve. But for the most part, merely moving stuff is like wishing on a shooting star.

Reflective Feng Shui, which is what I practice, doesn’t rely on luck. First, it requires that we become completely clear about what it is that we wish to have, who we wish to be and what we wish to do. And then based on those intentions, create an environment that accurately and consciously reflects our goals so that every time we enter into our space we are reminded visually and powerful of where we are going, what we wish to accomplish.

My goal, and the goal of Feng Shui Life Mapping, is to help create clarity around intention and from that clarity, build a supportive environment that accurately and consciously reflects our dreams using Feng Shui, Vision Boarding and Creative Visualization. While there may be room for luck, it is the clarity and awareness of who we are and where we are going that will keep us on track to achieving our dreams.
